Am Zielort \u00fcberraschte uns die Rezeption mit dem Hinweis auf eine im Hotel befindliche Bar. In ganz Tamil Nadu hatten wir bisher keinen Hinweis auf Bars oder auf Verkaufsstellen f\u00fcr alkoholische Getr\u00e4nke gesehen. Eine Internetrecherche best\u00e4tigte die in Tamil Nadu herrschende <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Alcohol_prohibition_in_Tamil_Nadu\" class=\"myAMap01\" rel=\"noopener\"><span class=\"mySpanLinkInText\">Prohibition<\/span><\/a>. Uns wurde erst jetzt bewusst, dass wir uns aktuell nicht mehr in Tamil Nadu befinden, sondern im nur 160&nbsp;km&#178; gro\u00dfen Bezirk <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Karaikal_(Distrikt)\" class=\"myAMap01\" rel=\"noopener\"><span class=\"mySpanLinkInText\">Karaikal<\/span><\/a>, der zum Bundesstaat Puducherry geh\u00f6rt und der in Bezug auf Alkohol eine liberalere Gesetzgebung zu haben scheint.
