Diez ist noch mit dem Reisebericht besch\u00e4ftigt und genie\u00dft es, daf\u00fcr jetzt Zeit zu haben. Am Abend hatte der Wirt uns sein Lieblingsgericht empfohlen, Butter Chicken, ein zartes H\u00e4hnchengericht in einer wohlschmeckenden Butterso\u00dfe. Als Zugabe servierte er vorab seine ungew\u00f6hnlich schmackhaften Masala-Makrelen. Den Abschluss bildete seine dritte hausgebrannte Feni-Sorte. Nachdem wir gestern den aus dem Fruchtfleisch der Cashewnuss gewonnenen probiert hatten, gab es heute die Sorte Ingwer.
